To use our app and provide you with its functionalities, you may voluntarily permit us to access the photo album on your mobile device. This may include identifiers such as IP address, device model, device type, OS version, device language, device name, the country set in the device settings, and unique identifiers including IDFA or AAID. The main functionalities of our app include:
● Edit or enhance your photos
● Generate AI colorized and enhanced images
● Provide information about the app and your photo enhancing process
● Suggest the best images to enhance
We process the images you upload, including any faces contained within them, and generate enhanced or colorized photos through our app. We process these images and certain information about the faces depicted in the images, such as the estimated location of parts and areas of the faces. Note that in some jurisdictions outside of Europe, this facial data may be considered biometric data; however, our technologies do not enable, nor is it our intention, to uniquely identify or authenticate individuals in the images.
These enhanced or colorized photos are temporarily cached on cloud servers during the enhancement process and are automatically deleted after 24 hours. We do not store or share these enhanced or colorized photos with any third parties post analysis.
We aim to provide you with the ability to enhance and colorize photos following our proprietary processes. You are also free to decide to help us improve our apps by becoming part of our app development program, and uploading media with specific features we request.
Please remember that you should not share content that may directly or indirectly disclose any personal information.
1.2 Automatically Processed Information
To enhance your user experience and improve our Service, we may use third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs), such as "Adjust", to automatically collect technical information from your device or browser. This information can include:
● The type, name, and version of the operating system
● Configuration and settings of the Software and Services
● Version of the Software and Services
● Internet Service Provider (ISP), Internet Protocol (IP) address, Media Access Control (MAC) address, anonymous user identifiers, device configuration, and identifiers
● Advertising ID

We may also use third-party APIs, such as "In-App Purchases on Apple App Store Connect", to gather information about your subscription orders, such as purchased items, subscription duration, order status, and payment term. We don't collect or hold responsibility for the collection or security of payment details. Such payment information is processed and stored by third-party companies, like Apple Inc. Please ensure you read and familiarise yourself with the privacy policies of these third-party companies before entering your payment details.
Additionally, we may use the API provided by Apple to collect information about your current region and preferred language to provide you with a more personalized user experience.

1.2 Face Data Processing and Privacy
At Draw AI - Photo Art Generator, we prioritize our user's privacy. In light of our features which allow users to upload face images for AI-based transformations, we provide the following details about our data handling practices:
● Data Retention: We do not retain any face data. When a user uploads a face image for processing, the image is used solely for the transformation process and is immediately discarded after the operation. No copies of the original or transformed images are stored on our servers or any third-party servers we collaborate with.
● Reasons for Data Processing: The only reason we process face data is to provide the AI-based transformation services that our app offers. We do not use this data for any other purpose.
● Duration of Data Storage: The face data is stored only for the duration of the transformation process, which typically lasts a few seconds to minutes. Following this, all data is immediately purged and not stored indefinitely.
● Third-party Sharing: Our app sends face data to a third-party AI service for processing. We do not share face data with any other third-party organizations or advertisers.
● Reason for Sharing with Third Parties: The only reason face data is shared with our third-party AI service provider is to enable the transformation process. This third party does not use the data for any other purpose.
● Third-party Data Practices: Our third-party AI service provider does not retain any face data. They operate under the same principles as we do: face data is used solely for the transformation process and is discarded immediately afterward. They do not store face data indefinitely or use it for any purpose other than to deliver the transformation service.

2. Sharing Information with Third-Parties
We will not share any information we collect except for the following events:
