To use our app and provide you with its functionalities, you may voluntarily grant us permission to access the photo album on your mobile device or use your device's camera. This may include identifiers such as IP address, device model, device type, OS version, device language, device name, the country set in the device settings, and unique identifiers including IDFA or AAID. The main functionalities of our app include:
● Convert your photos into cartoons
● Generate AI cartoonized avatars
● Provide information about the app and your cartoon-making process
● Suggest the best images to cartoonize
We process the images you upload, including any faces contained within them, and generate cartoonized avatars through our app. We process these images and certain information about the faces depicted in the images, such as the estimated location of parts and areas of the faces. Note that in some jurisdictions outside of Europe, this facial data may be considered biometric data; however, our technologies do not enable, nor is it our intention, to uniquely identify or authenticate individuals in the images.
These cartoonized avatar images are temporarily cached on cloud servers during the cartoonization process and are automatically deleted after 24 hours. We do not store or share these cartoonized avatars with any third parties post analysis.
We aim to provide you with the ability to convert photos into cartoonized avatar images using our proprietary processes. You are also free to decide to help us improve our apps by becoming part of our app development program, and uploading media with specific features we request.
Please remember that you should not share content that may directly or indirectly disclose any personal information.
Firebase
Firebase is an analytics service provided by Google Inc. You have the option to opt-out of specific Firebase features through your mobile device settings, such as your device's ad settings. Automatically processed information is used for the following purposes:

1.2 Automatically Processed Information
Duration and Rationale: We process the images you upload, including any faces contained within them, to generate cartoonized avatars. These cartoonized avatar images are temporarily cached on our cloud servers during the cartoonization process and are automatically deleted after 24 hours. We store face data for this specific length of time to ensure smooth functionality and improved user experience of our app.
Third-Party Sharing: We do not currently share the face data collected through our app with any third parties. If this practice changes, this policy will be updated accordingly to identify which third parties the data is shared with and for what purposes.
Third-Party Storage Policies: Since we do not share face data with third parties, there are no third-party storage practices to disclose at this time.
2. Sharing Information with Third-Parties
We will not share any information we collect except for the following events:
● Legal Requirements and Security: If required by law, we may share information with law enforcement or other authorities.
