This Privacy Policy explains how Wowoo Dijital Hizmetler Limited Şirketi ("we", the data controller) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the "AI Baby Generator: Face Maker" application. This Privacy Policy is a notice, not a request for your agreement. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time (see Section 11).

We collect personal data as described in this Privacy Policy. As part of our privacy measures, we apply certain rules designed to prevent the unintentional collection of data we do not need. Such rules are based on known field types, values, parameters, and algorithms, but they are not perfect and therefore the Software and Services may sometimes unintentionally collect undesirable information. We regularly review and update these rules to prevent this from happening. You can withdraw your consent at any time, as described in Section 11 (Your Data Rights).
To provide our core service—generating AI-based baby face images—we collect and process facial data from user-uploaded images temporarily. This data includes facial features and characteristics extracted from the photo to generate a baby image using artificial intelligence.
By uploading photos you give your explicit consent to the processing of facial features for generating images; you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us at aibabygenerator@wowooapps.com (see Section 11), or by deleting the app and asking us to delete your data.
We may collect information about your subscription orders, such as purchase items, subscription time, order status, and payment time. We do not store or have access to your payment details, such as card numbers. Payments are handled entirely by third-party services: App Store and Google Play subscriptions are processed by Apple and Google and managed through Adapty, and web purchases, where offered, are processed by Stripe. These companies can be contacted through their websites. Before entering your personal payment details, we suggest that you read and become familiar with the privacy policy of these third-party companies.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following cases:
Certain Services may contain content that links to advertisements, websites, products, and other services provided by third parties on our Software (collectively, "Third Party Services"). Use of such Third Party Services is subject to their privacy policies. We recommend that you read the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of such third parties before using or accessing any of them.
Software and Services run over the Internet. We host and process information in the United States. Our service providers may transfer information across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. For transfers of personal data from the EEA or the UK to countries without an adequacy decision, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses. You can contact us to obtain a copy of the safeguards.

However, no method of data transfer or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information.
With your consent, we may send push notifications to your mobile device to provide app updates and other relevant messages. You can turn off push notifications in your device settings at any time.
"AI Baby Generator: Face Maker" uses SDKs and similar technologies (for example device identifiers) to improve functionality and measure usage.

This analytics data is pseudonymous, which means it is still personal data. We may link it to your account ID to investigate problems. These SDKs run from the first launch of the app. We use the advertising identifier on your device (IDFA) only with your permission, which we ask for through the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt.
We retain the information we collect as described in this Privacy Policy as necessary for the provision of the Services or as required to comply with legal obligations. For facial data, it is explicitly deleted within 48 hours of processing (see Section 2). Facial data is not stored long-term. Generated images are kept until you delete them or ask us to delete them. Analytics and crash data are kept for up to 3 months. When you ask us to delete your data, we delete it from our active systems within one day of completing your request, except for records we must keep to meet tax, accounting or other legal duties.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. You may also object to processing based on our legitimate interests, request a copy of your data in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.
To use these rights, or to delete your data, email us at aibabygenerator@wowooapps.com. We will verify your identity before acting on a request. We do not charge for requests and we do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You can ask us to delete your generated images by emailing aibabygenerator@wowooapps.com. Deleting your data does not cancel an App Store subscription: you must cancel it in your Apple account settings.
We respond within one month; we may extend by up to two further months for complex requests and will tell you if so.
You may also file a complaint with your local data protection authority, such as the KVKK in Turkey, the supervisory authority in your EU country, or the ICO in the UK.
The app is not intended for users under 13 (or under 16 where the GDPR sets that age). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
