1. The Information That We Collect and The Purposes for Which It is Collected
The WAI- Smart AI Keyboard Chatgpt ("Application") processes two general categories of data:
1.1 Information that You Submit
The user, while utilizing certain functionalities of the Application, might voluntarily permit access to
their text inputs. The Application processes these inputs to generate and enhance text via an artificial
intelligence model, trained on a vast corpus of diverse textual data. The processed data may encompass
text content, language patterns, and contextual suggestions for text enhancement. The Application does
not, under any circumstances, store, share, or transmit these processed data to third-party entities post
the analysis process.
The text input of the user is transiently cached on cloud-based servers during the enhancement
procedure. Upon completion of the enhancement procedure, all text data are immediately expunged
from the servers. The primary purpose of this data usage is solely to provide text enhancement and
suggestions using advanced artificial intelligence technologies.
All suggestions and enhancements provided by this Application are exclusively the product of an
artificial intelligence model, cultivated from an extensive range of text datasets. The output from the
Application should not be perceived as definitive or absolute but should be understood as suggested
enhancements. The suggestions should not be viewed as definitive corrections but rather as optional
recommendations for improving your textual inputs. Users are strongly advised to refrain from
providing any content that could potentially, either directly or indirectly, disclose any personal
information.

the Software and Services; (ii) ISP (Internet Service Provider), Internet protocol (IP) address, Media
Access Control (MAC) address, anonymous user identifiers, device configuration and identifiers; (iii)
Advertising ID; (iv) location; (v) Apple ID.
We may utilize third-party APIs (such as "In-App Purchases on Apple App Store Connect") to acquire
information about your subscription orders, such as purchased items, subscription duration, order status,
and payment term. We do not collect and are not responsible for the collection or security of payment
details. Payment information is processed and stored by third-party companies (such as Apple Inc.).
These companies can be contacted through their websites. We recommend you to read and familiarise
yourself with the privacy policy of these third-party companies before entering your payment details.
Furthermore, our application integrates OpenAI's GPT-3 API for the purpose of text generation and
enhancement. As part of this integration, the text input you provide is processed by OpenAI's servers in
order to generate a suitable output. However, as of our knowledge cutoff in September 2021, OpenAI
does not store your personal data sent via the API for longer than 30 days and does not use the data sent
via the API to improve their models. For more detailed and current information, we recommend
